Located in the heart of West Yarmouth, the comfortable Holly Tree Resort, A Vri Resort offers fast access to the long and wide Seagull Beach 10 minutes by car. The 3-star resort is well-known for excellent service and service-minded staff.

Guests can dine at the fast food restaurant Subway located around 5 minutes' walk away.

This West Yarmouth property has a prime location an 18-minute walk of Englewood Beach. Hyannis Inner Harbor is a 10-minute ride away, while Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park is just off the hotel.

The hotel was clean and incredibly beautiful, appreciated the exceptionally comfortable beds. A little refrigerator and a toaster in the room, unbeatable location. The continental breakfast offered a good choice of dishes. Marvellous service and a good pool onsite.
I liked my time in this property. Had excellent stay iN ROOM 231, the staff were affable, location was absolutely perfect and close to everything too. They provide a continental breakfast with variety of options.
